Shogun Sports - Product Warranty

1-Year Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, most Shogun products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

During this period, products are covered against defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship.

If you encounter any issues with your product, please email us at cs@shogunsports.com with the subject "Warranty Claim + [your order number]". Our team will review your claim and, if warranted, will issue a replacement either for the damaged part or the entire product.

Please note that normal wear and tear should be expected for a fitness product and is not covered by the warranty.

Lifetime Warranty

Shogun Sports warrants some products against defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship for its lifetime. "Lifetime" warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

  • For sled products
    The warranty does not cover plastic skis. The durability of the plastic skis depends on the surface and how often they are used. Pushing or pulling the sled without the plastic skis on hard surfaces voids the warranty and will likely result in cosmetic damage to both the bottom of the sled body and the surface.

    Any scratches or wear to the powder coating or metal parts resulting from normal use are not covered by the warranty.

NORD-EX™ Warranty

The NORD-EX™ comes with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty period varies depending on the component, and it guarantees that the product will be free from defects in manufacturing for a specified period of time.

Here are the warranty periods for each part:

- Metal parts and welds - 3 years
- Cushions - 3 years
- Finish - 90 days
- Plastic and rubber parts - 90 days

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty may be voided for any product that has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a Shogun product that do not meet customer satisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
