Liquidation, Clearance & Final-Sale Items
Products sold as liquidation, clearance, final-sale, "as-is," or otherwise discounted below regular price are sold without warranty and are not covered by any warranty described below. The only remedy for these items is as set out in our Return and Refund Policy (defective or damaged on arrival, reported within 7 days, subject to availability). No replacements, repairs, or spare parts are provided for these items.
Product Availability & Discontinued Items
All warranty remedies are subject to product and part availability. Where a product, part, or component is out of stock, discontinued, or no longer carried, we are under no obligation to restock or manufacture it. In such cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer a comparable substitute where one exists, or, if no remedy is available, the warranty claim will be closed. We do not guarantee the ongoing or future availability of any product, part, or component.
1-Year Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, most Shogun Sports products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us at cs@shogunsports.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim + [Your Order Number]". Our support team will assess your claim and, if approved, will issue a replacement, either for the defective part or the full product depending on the issue.
Please note:
- Refunds are not provided for warranty claims. Only replacements will be offered, subject to availability.
- Replacements are provided only while the product or part remains in stock. If the item is out of stock, discontinued, or no longer carried, we are not obligated to restock it; we may offer a comparable substitute where available, otherwise the claim will be closed.
- Normal wear and tear is expected for fitness equipment and is not covered under this warranty.
Lifetime Warranty
Select products come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship. "Lifetime" refers to the usable life of the product when used for its intended purpose.
- The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- All remedies are subject to the Product Availability & Discontinued Items section above. Where a product or part is no longer available, the lifetime warranty does not obligate us to manufacture or restock it.
Sled Products
- The warranty does not cover plastic skis, as their lifespan depends on usage frequency and the type of surface.
- Using the sled on hard surfaces without the plastic skis will void the warranty and may cause cosmetic or functional damage.
- Scratches, wear to powder coating, or surface abrasions on metal parts caused by normal use are not covered.
NORD-EX™ Warranty
The NORD-EX™ is covered by a limited warranty based on component type:
- Metal Parts & Welds – 3 Years
- Cushions – 3 Years
- Finish – 90 Days
- Plastic & Rubber Parts – 90 Days
All NORD-EX™ warranty remedies are subject to the Product Availability & Discontinued Items section above.
Conditions that Void Warranty
Warranty coverage may be voided if the product has been damaged due to:
- Negligent or improper use
- Unauthorized alterations
- Poor maintenance or storage
- Mishandling or improper assembly
Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to providing support and fair resolution, but all final decisions are made at the discretion of Shogun Sports.
