The NORD-EX™ comes with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty period varies depending on the component, and it guarantees that the product will be free from defects in manufacturing for a specified period of time.

Here are the warranty periods for each part:

- Metal parts and welds - 3 years
- Cushions - 3 years
- Finish - 90 days
- Plastic and rubber parts - 90 days

The warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from improper use, modifications to the product, or premeditated damage to the unit.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, or neglect.

Each NORD-EX™ is manually assembled and tested by our technicians before packing and shipping. We keep a photographic and video record of each production day fo future reference. 

We've included a serial number on the side of each NORD-EX™, this allows for traceability and allows us to easily identify when each unit was produced, assembled and shipped.

So, in case any issues might arise, we can easily track and act quickly to provide guidance. 

If you believe your NORD-EX has a defect or needs repair, please contact us immediately.

Send us a message including your order number, name and NORD-EX™ Serial Number located on the side of the product.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions and information to process your warranty claim. Please note that any unauthorized repairs or tampering with the product may void the warranty.

We are planning on stocking certain components for the NORD-EX™, these components are the ones that would normally be affected by regular wear and tear and would need to be replaced at some point.
