HEAT & COLD THERAPY: The Shogun Sports Recovery Sleeve can be used for cold or heat therapy. For cold therapy simply place the Sleeve in the freezer inside its protective bag for at least 2 hours before use. This cold compression wrap can be left in the freezer indefinitely and will stay soft and flexible. For heat therapy, ensure the sleeve it’s a room temperature, remove it from the protective bag and place it in the microwave, adjust the desired temperature with 10-second increments.
