FLEX RACK MOUNT

With the FLEX Rack Mount, transform any squat rack into a versatile functional trainer. The rack mount is designed to be compatible with most squat racks available on the market, fitting uprights ranging from 2 to 4 inches in size.

The FLEX Rack Mount features an adjustable lower rod that easily adapts to different upright sizes. The quick-release knobs allow you to reposition the rack mount in seconds, enabling you to target various muscle groups with ease. The cage portion of the mount features 2 slit positions catering for different exercises.

Rack compatibility

• Compatible with squat rack uprights ranging from 2 to 4 inches, with hole diameters between 5/8 and 1 inch.
